7-Eleven

7-Eleven is the national convenience chain's Oakland store at 435 N 3rd St, on US Route 219 on the north side of town. It combines fuel pumps with a convenience store, making it a quick stop for locals and for visitors heading between Oakland and Deep Creek Lake.

The station sells Sunoco-branded fuel, and inside you will find the usual 7-Eleven range of coffee, snacks, cold drinks and everyday essentials. The store also sells beer and wine to go, which is handy if you are stocking a rental house on the way to the lake. 7-Eleven accepts SNAP/EBT for eligible purchases.
