Wayne C. Heavener is a Cumberland native and a 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he served on the Maryland Law Review. He practiced in the litigation department of a large Baltimore firm before joining, and he handles contract negotiation and disputes, real estate transactions, civil litigation, employment, family law and criminal defense.
