The kitchen has two ovens, two stoves, two full-size refrigerators and two dishwashers, and the house has four gas and two wood-burning fireplaces for cooler months. One hot tub is indoors by the pool and a second is outside.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
The home sits on level lakefront with open lake views. Outside there is a wood-burning fire pit, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table, and the house comes with one dock slip for a motorized boat; Railey notes docks are guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is parking for up to eight vehicles, and boat trailers are allowed.
Good to Know
Waterfront Greens adds par-3 golf, mini golf, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a catch-and-release pond, a gazebo and covered pavilion, kayak storage and paved trails. Railey lists the Discovery Center and Deep Creek Lake State Park at under two miles away. The home rents to family groups only, pets are not permitted, and 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended November through March.
