A Log Home With a Story
Big Timber was once the model home office for Yellowstone log home builders, built to show off their work. You can see it in the 16-inch logs and the 3-foot-diameter log that rises from the main level through the loft into the vaulted ceiling. Bedrooms are one king and three queens, each with its own TV, and two queen sleeper sofas add room for more family. The kitchen has bar seating for four plus eight seats at the dining table, and the living room has a 70-inch TV.
Game Room and Outdoor Fun
- Game room with an 8-foot movie screen and HD projector, two Xbox 360s, seven arcade games and a 9-foot shuffleboard table
- Wraparound decking on three sides, with a hot tub under a vaulted roof extension overlooking the lake

Lake Access and Good to Know
The house has its own private shoreline on a protected no-wake cove that guests use for swimming and fishing, and a dock across the street on the navigable part of the lake for a boat you bring or rent. In winter the owners note views of the ski slopes. The home is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and linens and towels are provided.
