Bill's Marine Service – Luxury Rental Center is the rental location at 20768 Garrett Hwy in Oakland where Bill's Marine Service keeps its larger, more powerful rental boats. It's the place to pick up a boat built for towing skiers and tubers, a short way along Garrett Highway from Bill's main showroom.
The Rental Fleet
This location rents two kinds of boats, all with Bluetooth speakers and radio:
- Bennington tritoon pontoons: a 25-foot boat with a 250 hp Yamaha for up to 14 passengers and a 23-foot boat with a 200 hp Yamaha for up to 12. The tritoon package adds stability on rough water.
- Cobalt speed boats: 22 feet long with a 300 hp Bravo engine and a tower, rated for up to 11 passengers and most comfortable with 8 to 10 adults.
Both are set up for waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding and kneeboarding, so this is the location to choose when your group wants watersports rather than a slow cruise.
Before You Rent
Renters must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license, and whoever drives needs a valid boater's license. Rentals are booked through Bill's website, and the reservation book for each season opens ahead of time, so plan early if you have a holiday week in mind.
Part of Bill's Marine Service
Bill's Marine Service has been serving Deep Creek Lake boaters for 60 years. Its main showroom and parts department is Bill's Marine Service – Oakland at 20721 Garrett Hwy, which also runs the main pontoon rentals, and Bill's Marine Service – North on Deep Creek Drive in McHenry handles rentals and service at the north end of the lake.
