The heated garage game room, reached from the lower level, has a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball and a dartboard, and there are board games and puzzles for quieter nights. A home office workspace and a ski and snowboard rack round things out.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside, a large wraparound deck leads to a covered entertaining area, a seasonal screened porch and a private hot tub. There are two wood-burning fire pits and a fire table, a gas grill, a swing, a basketball hoop, cornhole and ladderball. Black Bear Lodge is a lake access home rather than lakefront: the community access point is across the road, down a path and stairs, with one dock slip for a motorized and a non-motorized boat plus a swimming platform. Railey notes docks are guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Good to Know
Guests get free indoor pool and fitness center access at the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC). The home rents to family groups only, pets are not permitted, and 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended November through March.
