Bougie Bottoms Boutique is a locally owned clothing and lifestyle shop at 114 South Second Street in downtown Oakland. It carries women's fashion alongside men's and children's apparel, accessories, gifts and home décor, and it's a handy stop if you're browsing Oakland's downtown blocks or shopping from home.

The shop leans toward upscale western-inspired fashion for both women and men. Named lines include Judy Blue and Lovervet jeans for women and Kimes Ranch western-style clothing for men, mixed in with everyday styles, matching sets, sweatshirts and seasonal pieces. Accessories, gift items and home décor round things out, so it works for a quick gift as well as a new outfit.

From Online Start-Up to Second Street

Quinn Thomas, who grew up in Oakland, started Bougie Bottoms in 2020 while she was in college in West Virginia. The boutique first operated from a storefront on Alder Street and outgrew it, moving into the larger space on Second Street. Garrett County Business Development and the Garrett County Chamber marked the grand opening of the new location with a ribbon cutting in September 2025.
