The Ciders
Every Branch Bender blend is dry, and the cidery compares its ciders to an apple wine rather than the sweeter ciders many people know. The names pay tribute to local places and people, such as Devils Half Acre and Sassy Granny. Because the cider is made from whatever the local apple supply gives, the lineup changes, and small-batch special blends made from artisanal apples appear for a limited time.
Tastings
You can book an indoor, outdoor or private tasting through the website, and the cidery suggests bringing a FireFly Farms charcuterie order to go with it. The property, called Cove Pastures, also has a cabin rental, Petal Branch, and flower views.
