Breeze Alley is a 5-bedroom home with five full and two half baths in the Waterfront Greens community in Swanton, on the south end of Deep Creek Lake, sleeping 14 and managed by Railey Vacations. Every bedroom is a suite with its own bath, which makes it a comfortable fit for several families sharing one house. You'll find it at 78 Clubhouse Dr, Swanton, MD 21561, with golf course views.
Inside the House
- Main level: living and dining areas, the kitchen, a half bath and a king suite with deck access and a bath with a shower and separate tub
- Upper level: a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and two king suites, each with a twin daybed and a shower bath
- Lower level: a game room with a pool table, wet bar and queen sleeper sofa, laundry, a full bath and two more king suites
The kitchen carries two full-size fridges and two microwaves, handy when a big group is cooking. A gas fireplace and a wood fireplace warm the house in the colder months (bring your own firewood).
Outdoor Spaces and Community
Outside there's a hot tub, a wood-burning fire pit, a gas grill, a horseshoe pit and an outdoor dining table. Waterfront Greens guests can use the community's 9-hole par-3 course, tennis and pickleball courts, mini golf, a basketball court, a catch-and-release pond with a gazebo, a covered pavilion, paved trails and a sledding hill. Community lake access sits along Moonrise Drive and Lakefront Links Drive, with a canoe and kayak storage station; this home does not include dock use.
Good to Know
Pets are not permitted, and Railey recommends 4WD/AWD or snow tires from November through March. Boat trailers are allowed and count as one of the five parking spaces.
