About
Brosnihan Builders is a design-build contracting firm in McHenry handling residential and commercial construction, including log homes and remodels. Projects start with design and function, with the client and architect collaborating on drawings, and move into engineering and construction with materials sourced to the plan.
Owner Pete grew up in College Park, came west to attend Garrett College and stayed to work in the building trades. After 30 years of building with the larger Concept Associates, he reorganized into Brosnihan Builders.
