Inside the House
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of light, and the main living area has a gas fireplace and a dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, a wine fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, plus both a drip coffee maker and a single-cup brewer, and there is a washer and dryer.

- Upper level: two king bedrooms, a loft and a sitting room each with a queen sleeper sofa, and a full bath

Downstairs, the den has a bar, TV, pool table and air hockey table, which gives kids and adults their own space in the evening.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside there is a deck, a patio with a hot tub and wood-burning fire pit, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill, with golf course and mountain views. Community lake access is across the street and down a path. Railey's dock notes conflict on this listing, so ask about dock use before you count on it. There is parking for up to six vehicles, and a boat trailer can take one of those spaces.
