CLEAResult is an energy efficiency and energy transition company that designs and runs energy-saving and decarbonization programs, mainly on behalf of utilities. The company began in 2003 with a mission to change the way people use energy, is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and has a Maryland office in Frederick.
Its work is organized into three practices: energy efficiency, energy transition and energy sustainability services. CLEAResult also builds the CLEAResult ATLAS platform, with tools for income-based incentive eligibility, an online marketplace for energy-efficient products and rebates, greenhouse gas tracking, partner management, grid capacity management and a heat pump calculator for utility customers. Its education offerings include ATLAS Academy training, the ChooseEV program and 80 PLUS power supply certification.
In Maryland, CLEAResult prepares program materials from its Frederick office for Potomac Edison's Energy Solutions for Business Program, which offers incentives and energy advisor support to commercial customers of all sizes in Maryland. The program covers prescriptive upgrades such as lighting, HVAC and food service equipment, custom and new construction projects, building tune-ups and retro-commissioning, a multifamily program and small business direct install.
