About
Constantly Cozy is a lakefront 6-bedroom home with five full baths and a half bath at 438 Moonrise Dr in the Waterfront Greens community on the south end of Deep Creek Lake, managed by Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations. It sleeps 16, with four king suites, so it works well for extended families or two or three families traveling together.
Inside the House
Hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace set the tone in the main living area. The kitchen is roomy enough for big family meals, and there's a separate dining room.
- Four primary suites with king beds, one on the main level, two upstairs and one on the lower level
- Two lower-level bedrooms with queen beds
- A pool table, foosball, a wet bar and a large flat-screen TV for game nights
- A jetted tub, central air and a washer and dryer
On the Water
A level lawn runs down to the lakefront and the home's own dock slip; dock use depends on weather and lake levels. Back at the house there's a private hot tub, a fire pit, horseshoes and other yard games, and both gas and charcoal grills. Waterfront Greens adds community lake access and tennis courts.
Good to Know
- Pets are not allowed, and the home is non-smoking.
- A 4WD vehicle is required from November through March.
Book online through Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations or call their McHenry office with questions about dates and the dock slip.
