Cozy Cabin is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath log home in the Hunter's Ridge community near Oakland that sleeps 12, managed by Railey Vacations. Inside the House
The main level holds the living room, kitchen, dining area and a half bath, plus a suite with a king bed and attached shower bath and a bedroom with twin bunk beds. Downstairs you will find a recreation room with a pool table and a dartboard, the laundry, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a Jack-and-Jill bath with shower and tub. Daybeds with trundles and twin sleeper chairs add extra sleeping space for kids.
The home has both a gas fireplace and a wood fireplace (bring your own firewood), central air, Wi-Fi and six smart TVs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full-size fridge plus a mini fridge, oven, stove, microwave and drip coffee maker, and there is a washer and dryer.
Outdoor Spaces
Two tiers of decks, more than 2,000 square feet in all, wrap the house, with an outdoor hot tub, outdoor dining table and gas grill. A wood-burning fire pit gives you a place to gather after dark. There is parking for four vehicles, and a boat trailer can use one of those spaces.
Good to Know
- The home has no designated lake access or dock, so plan on a marina boat rental or a day at Deep Creek Lake State Park, about 5.5 miles away per Railey
- Up to two dogs are welcome; breed restrictions apply
- Family groups only, and no smoking or vaping
- 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended from November through March
