About
Deep Creek 365 is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath lake-access home in the Waterfront Greens community of Swanton that sleeps 16 or more, hosted directly by its owner on Airbnb. As the name suggests, it is set up for every season, with a private indoor heated pool, a hot tub and two game rooms, so it suits large families and reunion groups who want plenty to do whatever the weather.
Inside the House
All five bedrooms have a king bed plus two pull-out twin trundles, which is how the house stretches to fit a big group. Bedroom 4 is a first-floor primary suite, and Bedroom 5 is a second-floor primary with its own gas fireplace; Bedrooms 1 through 3 are also upstairs. The heated indoor pool is open year-round under an automatic cover, and there is a home theater for movie nights. The two game rooms hold pool, shuffleboard, an arcade machine with 400-plus games, air hockey, foosball, and checkers and chess. The kitchen is fully equipped, with two dining areas and a breakfast counter, and there is a gas fireplace in the living room, a full washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and Roku sticks in the common areas and bedrooms.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside you will find a private hot tub, a fire pit, a propane grill, a beach volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, a basketball hoop and cornhole. From roughly May to November the home includes two tandem kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards for the community lake access. Waterfront Greens also offers a par-3 golf course, mini golf, tennis courts, a catch-and-release pond and a seasonal sledding hill.
Good to Know
Up to two dogs are welcome; cats are not. The house is not for large parties or events, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside, and the primary renter must be at least 25 and stay for the full rental. The pool doors are alarmed, and non-swimmers need adult supervision. The exact address is shared after booking.
