About
Don's Appliances is an independent appliance retailer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a store in Morgantown, West Virginia, on Fort Pierpont Drive. Don Hillebrand founded the business in 1971, and it has grown to about 10 locations that sell, deliver, install and service all major appliance brands.
The stores carry refrigerators and freezers, ice makers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves and range hoods, along with kitchen packages from many brands, outdoor kitchen products, vacuums and floor care, room air conditioners, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, water filtration and small appliances. Commercial refrigeration, laundry and cooking equipment are also offered. More recently the company added kitchen and bath fixtures, and its WATERSOURCE kitchen and bath showroom is in East Liberty, Pittsburgh.
Don's Appliances runs its own in-house delivery teams with real-time delivery tracking, plus installation and appliance service and repair, and a parts department. It also opened its first factory outlet in 2019 for discounted appliances and water products.
