Inside the House
The main level is open-concept, so cooking, eating and hanging out happen in one shared space. It also holds a king suite with its own bath, plus a second full bath and the laundry. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twins each; the lower level adds a den with a full futon and a bonus room with a daybed. Every bathroom is a full bath.

Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
The property borders the state-owned buffer strip, so you can walk straight from the yard to the water. The private dock takes one motorized and one non-motorized boat, and docks are guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is an outdoor hot tub and a gas grill with the lake in view, plus parking for up to five vehicles.
Good to Know
Railey lists the Deep Creek Lake Discovery Center at about 0.7 miles, Deep Creek Lake State Park at about 1.5 miles and Outdoor Elements at Wisp Resort at about 4.9 miles. Pets are not permitted, and Railey rents to family groups. Railey recommends four-wheel or all-wheel drive or snow tires from November through March.
