About
Eloqui is the design and illustration studio of Mark and Laura Stutzman, working from their home studio in Mountain Lake Park. The husband-and-wife team has helped Western Maryland small businesses and non-profits with marketing, advertising, branding and web design for more than thirty years.
Two Artists, One Studio
Mark and Laura met on their first day at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1976, married in 1982, formed Eloqui and signed its articles of incorporation in 1984. After years in Washington, DC, they moved the business to Western Maryland in 1989 and set up shop in their attic studio, where they have worked ever since.
Laura handles advertising, graphic design and marketing. Mark is an illustrator best known for his young Elvis Presley stamp, with work used in advertising, on products, posters, magazines and book covers, including Broadway posters for Young Frankenstein and Annie Get Your Gun. He is a member of New York's Society of Illustrators.
