Its suite-heavy layout and community recreation make it a good fit for several families or a multigenerational group sharing one house.
Inside the House
The main level has two suites (one king, one queen), the kitchen, dining area, great room, a half bath and laundry. Upstairs there's a queen suite, a room with two full beds, a full bath and a loft with a twin sleeper. The lower level adds two queen bedrooms, a full bath and a den with a pool table, wet bar and queen sleeper sofa, so the grown-ups and kids can each claim a floor.

Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access

Good to Know
Waterfront Greens gives guests plenty to do without getting in the car:

- Canoe/kayak station, catch-and-release pond, gazebo and covered pavilion
- Paved trails and a sledding hill nearby
There's a one-car garage, parking for up to six vehicles and boat trailer parking. Pets are not permitted.
