Goehringer's Catering is a full-time catering business based in Accident, run by John Goehringer and his wife, Barb. It plans and serves custom menus for events of any size across Garrett County, from backyard pig roasts to weddings.
Events It Caters
The menu is built around your event, and the company lists a wide range of occasions it handles:
- Weddings and rehearsal dinners

Service is buffet style and all you can eat, so the last guest in line gets the same choices as the first. Setup, tear-down and cleanup are included, along with paper products, cutlery and cups, and an upgraded line of plates and cutlery is available.
The People Behind the Food
John has more than thirty years in the food industry, is a West Virginia University graduate and has worked as a butcher. He previously owned Goehringer's Meat & Deli in Accident before turning to catering full time.
Planning Your Event
Bookings are taken first come, first served. The final menu is due 30 days before the event and the final guest count one week before, and the crew arrives about an hour to an hour and a half ahead to set up.
