Before joining Railey, Jeremy spent more than 25 years in real estate leadership. He served as a managing broker and regional vice president with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and as CEO and team leader at Keller Williams Metro Center, and he worked early on supporting Redfin's expansion in the DC market. He has also served on the Virginia Realtors Professional Standards Committee and supported charitable campaigns for Habitat for Humanity and the PenFed Foundation.
