About
Jewel in Paradise is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath lakefront home at 139 Paradise Lane, Oakland in the Paradise Heights community that sleeps 14, managed by Railey Vacations as part of its Signature Collection. Set among the trees on the lake's southeast side, it suits larger families who want a private dock and room to spread out over three levels.
Inside the House
The main level is open-concept, with the kitchen, living and dining areas flowing together, plus a powder room, laundry and a queen suite. Upstairs, the king suite has a sitting area and a bath with a large shower and separate tub. The lower level has a den for movie nights, another king suite, a queen bedroom, a bunk room and a full bath. You'll find two gas fireplaces, a foosball table and six smart TVs, and the kitchen adds a wine cooler and mini fridge to the usual dishwasher, oven and full-size refrigerator.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
A two-level deck holds the outdoor hot tub, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table, and there's a wood-burning fire pit (bring your own firewood). The property borders the state buffer strip, giving you direct access to the water and a private dock slip that allows two motorized and two non-motorized boats; Railey guarantees docks from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
