Julie grew up in the mountains of West Virginia and visited Deep Creek Lake from childhood. After graduating from West Virginia University she built a sales career in the Washington, D.C. area, where she often helped city clients buy or sell second homes in the Deep Creek mountains. She later moved to the lake full time with her two sons, and she started in real estate after working as a reservationist for a local property management company in 2013.

She is an avid skier and boater, and her motto, live, work, play, sums up why she enjoys selling a lifestyle she lives herself.
