More Than 25 Years at the Lake

Kellyann moved to Garrett County full time in 1991 and started in real estate the same year. Along the way she has worked in sales, vacation rentals and property management, which means she understands how a house actually performs once the closing is done, not just how it shows during a showing. She earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2022 and then became an Associate Broker.

Her family also owns High Mountain Sports on the lake. She is an avid skier and triathlete who races the local Savageman Triathlon, and she helped found the Deep Creek Winter Sports Team, so she knows the lake and Wisp from the water and the slopes.
