It has its own dock and sits within a mile of Wisp Resort, so it suits big family reunions that want both lake and mountain time.
Inside the House
The main-level great room has a stacked-stone fireplace, a smart TV and leather seating. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a double oven and a large island with bar seating, and the dining table seats ten, with doors straight out to the lake-view deck.
- Main level: four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a sitting area, an exercise bike and its own bath, and a bunk room with two twin-over-queen bunks

On the Water
A gently sloping path leads down to the private dock for boating, swimming and kayaking; dock use depends on weather and lake levels. There's a lakefront fire pit, a private hot tub and a gas grill.
