Lake Title

Lake Title is a real estate title and settlement company at 35 Towne Centre Way, Suite A in McHenry, serving the Deep Creek Lake area. It opened in 2020 and uses current title technology to keep buyers, sellers and agents updated from contract to closing.

The Team

Managing attorney David Collins is licensed in Maryland and West Virginia. He practiced law in West Virginia for over ten years in litigation, real estate and appeals before joining Lake Title in 2020, and he is a graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Settlement specialist Sunni Imhoff is a Garrett County native and licensed Maryland title producer. Megan Frazee works as title processor.
