Inside the Townhome
The home is spread over three levels:
- Main level: great room with gas fireplace, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, a bedroom with a full bed and a Jack-and-Jill bath
- Upper level: two king suites, each with its own bath with a shower and a separate oversized jetted tub; one suite has a balcony
- Lower level: den and game area with a wet bar and queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a duo bunk and trundle, a second Jack-and-Jill bath and the laundry
There are two gas fireplaces, central air, smart TVs, a Wii, shuffleboard and a chess and checkers table for evenings in, plus a full kitchen with dishwasher, drip and single-cup coffee makers, and a washer and dryer.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
A lighted path leads from the townhome to Creekside's level, landscaped shared lakefront, with a sandy beach, wooden chairs and mature trees. The home comes with one dock slip that allows a motorized boat; Railey notes that docks are guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and boat trailer parking isn't permitted. Back at the house there's an outdoor hot tub, a gas grill and an outdoor dining table, with parking for up to three vehicles.
Good to Know
- Pets are not permitted, and the home is non-smoking.
- Railey lists the Honi-Honi Bar at about 0.1 mile and Arrowhead Market at about 0.2 mile, with Deep Creek Lake State Park about 1.8 miles away.
- Railey recommends 4WD, AWD or snow tires from November through March.
- Towels and bed linens are provided; kayaks and other water equipment are not.
