Laurel Highlands River Tours & Outdoor Center is a whitewater rafting outfitter and outdoor center based in Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Ohiopyle State Park, the largest park in Pennsylvania. The company opened in 1962 and has paddled more than a million river miles on the Youghiogheny River.
Rafting trips run on three sections of the Yough: the Middle Yough (Class I/II) for family-friendly floats, the Lower Yough (Class III/IV), and the Upper Yough (Class IV/V) for experienced paddlers. Guided tours and equipment rentals are both offered, and trips are available for groups and individuals of all ages and experience levels.
Beyond the river, the outfitter offers camping, trail biking on the Great Allegheny Passage, gem mining and team-building programs, along with Ohiopyle cabins and vacation rentals. Its own site describes adventures in Ohiopyle State Park and the surrounding areas in Maryland and West Virginia.
