Massage Therapy by Jeanie

Massage Therapy by Jeanie is the practice of licensed massage therapist Jeanie Sweitzer, who sees clients by appointment at the office of Massage & Bodywork, Suite 4 at 25203 Garrett Highway in McHenry. She offers relaxation, deep tissue and prenatal massage, and she also travels to groups and to clients with limited mobility around Deep Creek Lake.

Sessions Built Around You

Jeanie's sessions often mix Swedish relaxation work with deep tissue and therapeutic massage, and she tailors each one to what you ask for on the day. Her menu includes:

• Custom massage, overall relaxation with focused deep tissue work on one area
• Deep tissue massage, with firm pressure throughout
• Pregnancy massage, backed by her prenatal massage certification
• Hot stone and aromatherapy options

Longer sessions are available, which is useful if you want time on more than one problem area.

Training and Background

Jeanie graduated from Laurel Business Institute in Morgantown, West Virginia, in 2018. Before becoming a massage therapist she worked for many years as a caregiver, and that background shows in her focus on listening closely to each client.

Mobile Massage and Booking

Mobile sessions are offered for groups of two or more, such as bachelorette parties or girls' weekends at a rental, and for people with limited mobility. Mobile visits can't be booked online, so call, text or email to arrange one, and note that a travel and setup fee may apply. Studio sessions can be booked online through her website, or by call, text or email. Gift cards are available on the site.

Reach out to Jeanie to set up a session in the studio or at your rental.
