About
Memory Maker is an 8-bedroom lakefront estate with 9 full and 3 half baths at 2671 Marsh Hill Road, McHenry, MD 21541 that sleeps 25, managed by Railey Vacations as part of its Signature Collection. It spreads across a main house and a separate pool and guest house, which makes it a fit for large family reunions and multi-family trips where everyone wants their own suite.
Inside the House
All eight bedrooms are suites, each with a king bed. The main house has the living room, dining area and kitchen, a sitting area with a gas fireplace and a balcony king suite on the main level, two more balcony king suites and a game loft upstairs, and a lower level with three king suites (one adds a duo bunk), a den with a queen sleeper sofa and the laundry.
The pool and guest house is the property's playroom:
- A home theater with a 12-foot HD screen and seating for about twenty
- A fitness room with a sauna, a golf and sports simulator and a kids' play space
- An indoor pool and indoor hot tub, plus a living area with a kitchenette and two more king suites
Between the buildings there are two full kitchens' worth of appliances, a pool table, five gas and two wood fireplaces, and a home office for anyone who needs to work.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside you'll find a seasonal outdoor pool with a summer outdoor kitchen and a poolside theater, an outdoor hot tub, two gas grills, gas and wood fire pits and a basketball hoop. The private dock slip on the property takes up to two motorized boats; Railey guarantees docks from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and water equipment isn't provided.

Railey puts Wisp Resort about 3 miles away and the Garrett County Aquatic Center under a mile. There's an EV charging station and parking for eight vehicles. Pets aren't permitted, rentals are for family groups, and 4WD, AWD or snow tires are recommended from November through March.
