Mountain Valley Outdoor Services

Mountain Valley Outdoor Services is a local excavation and outdoor site-work contractor based in the Oakland area of Garrett County. It serves property owners around Oakland and Deep Creek Lake who need ground work done on their land, and it works from the field rather than a storefront, so the simplest way to reach the crew is by phone.

Excavation and Site Work

The company is listed as an excavation and site-preparation business. Directory listings describe its work as including tree removal, stump grinding, gravel driveway repair, road building, land clearing and preparing sites for propane tanks: the kind of jobs that come up when you are opening up a building lot, fixing a washed-out mountain driveway or getting ready for a new home or outbuilding.

Before You Call

Ground work in Garrett County often depends on season and access, so it helps to describe your property, the road in and what you want done when you first get in touch. The business also holds federal motor-carrier registration for hauling, which is useful when a job means moving fill, stone or debris.

Give them a call to talk through your project and arrange a site visit.
