It supplies businesses of all sizes, including public-sector and education customers, through a dedicated sales force, catalogs, telesales and its websites.
Its range covers office supplies such as writing instruments, filing, ink and toner and organization tools; cleaning, janitorial and breakroom supplies; and office furniture, from first consultation and space planning through fulfillment and installation. Technology offerings include computers, printers and copiers, networking, software and videoconferencing products, along with managed print, digital signage and managed IT services. The company also handles printing, promotional products and branded apparel, with inventory management, kitting and fulfillment.
ODP Business Solutions says it serves more than 120,000 business customers across 18 or more industries, and reaches 98.5 percent of United States zip codes through its national distribution network. It works with group purchasing organizations (GPOs), whose members can buy through negotiated programs, and offers a diverse-supplier catalog.
