Offlake Realty & Rentals

Offlake Realty & Rentals is a vacation rental and property management company based at 12978 Garrett Hwy in Oakland, renting cabins, homes and glamping huts around Deep Creek Lake. It is a small, family- and veteran-run business that sets out to keep lake getaways affordable, so you have more of your budget left for the slopes, the trails and the water.

Rentals From Lake Houses to Glamping Huts

The company was started by real estate agent Bob Orr, who noticed that buyers wanted an affordable place to stay while they searched for a second home. Today you can browse rentals by type:

• Homes with hot tubs, pet-friendly homes and lake-access properties
• Exclusive rentals, such as The Great Escape and Mountain Light Lodge
• Glamping and budget-friendly stays, including the heated Wild Yough Glamping Huts on 350 acres along the Youghiogheny, a state-designated wild and scenic river

Guests use self check-in and check-out, and there is an after-hours emergency number during your stay.

For Homeowners and Buyers

Offlake also manages vacation homes for owners, with cleaning, linens, hot tub care, inspections after each departure, vendor coordination and an online owner portal for statements and reservations. For sales, Offlake works with 1 Real Estate Source, a listing and sales office, and Humberson Homes, a builder, with agents licensed in Maryland and West Virginia.

Text or call the office to talk through dates, pets and the kind of stay you have in mind.
