Patterson Boat Co.

Patterson Boat Co. is a family-owned marina on the south side of Deep Creek Lake at 106 Round Beach Circle Dr in Swanton, selling Godfrey pontoon boats and servicing, storing and winterizing most makes and models. It serves boat owners around the lake, and visitors can rent a boat from the same property through sister company Marine Plus.

Boat Sales

Patterson sells new in-stock and pre-owned Godfrey pontoons, and you can also build your own Godfrey with the layout and features you want. Models shown on its site include the Sweetwater, Sweetwater Cruise, Monaco, Xperience and AquaPatio lines.

Service, Storage and Winterizing

• Routine maintenance, engine repair and inboard or outboard repowers
• Prop and drive repair, electrical diagnostics and accessory upgrades
• Drop-off, pickup or mobile service
• Fully enclosed indoor storage, outdoor storage, and in-season trailer storage while your boat is in the water
• Wet and dry slips, according to the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce

Winterization covers an oil and filter change, corrosion protection, engine antifreeze, fogging, the water system and drive lube service, and boats are shrink-wrapped in heavy-duty plastic on tall stands so snow doesn't build up. In spring, Patterson handles de-winterization and launching from the state park, with pickup and delivery to your dock available.

Gas Dock and Rentals

Patterson runs a seasonal gas dock in North Glade Cove, the only one on the south side of the lake, open from mid-May to mid-October and taking credit cards. Brothers Nathan and Jared Adrian own and operate both Patterson Boat Co. and Marine Plus, which books the hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rentals picked up on the lake.
