About
Peaceful Retreat is a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath Signature Collection home in the Waterfront Greens community at 442 Lakefront Links, Swanton, that sleeps 16, managed by Railey Vacations. Three king suites and room for two dogs make it a good fit for extended families or several households travelling together.
Inside the House
Railey describes water and golf course views from each bedroom and the main common areas. The rooms are laid out over three levels:
- Main level: two king suites, each with a balcony, and a sofa bed in the living room
- Upper level: a king suite with a sitting area, sofa bed and balcony
- Lower level: two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom sharing a bath
The game area has a pool/ping-pong combination table and an air hockey table, and there's a gas fireplace, central air, eight smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has two full-size refrigerators, a dishwasher and drip and single-cup coffee makers, and linens and towels are provided.
Outdoor Spaces and Community Access
Outside you'll find a hot tub, a wood fire pit (firewood not provided), a gas grill and an outdoor dining table, with parking for up to six vehicles. The home doesn't come with its own dock; instead, Waterfront Greens' community paths lead to shared lake access, and the community adds a Par 3 course, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts, a catch-and-release pond, a pondside gazebo, a covered pavilion, a canoe and kayak storage station, paved walking trails and a sledding hill.
