Extras, Events and The Red Barn Inn
Red Barn offers add-ons you can book alongside your stay, including tritoon boat rentals and a mobile sauna. Its concierge can line up in-home massage, private chef dinners, grocery stocking and celebration setups, which takes some of the work out of a big group trip. For weddings, reunions and retreats, the company has event-friendly homes and an event space, the Pub at Red Barn Inn. The Red Barn Inn itself has its own website at theredbarninn.com.
For Homeowners
The company is run by partners Lori Livingston, Jamie Hauser and Chad Ward, who bring backgrounds in vacation rentals, marketing, construction and residential design. Owner services include professional photography, direct-booking marketing, routine inspections, maintenance and vendor coordination, guest screening and an owner portal, and you can request a free rental evaluation.
