Scenic Serenity is an 8-bedroom, 6-full- and 2-half-bath lakefront home in the Silver Tree Landing community at 118 Silver Tree Lane, Oakland, that sleeps 24, managed by Railey Vacations. With six king suites, two kitchens' worth of appliances and a dock slip, it suits large family reunions and multi-family groups who want everyone under one roof by the water.
Inside the House
- Main level: a king suite with deck access and an accessible bath with a roll-in shower
- Upper level: a loft with a gas fireplace and two sofa beds, three king suites (one with a separate jetted tub) and a half bath
- Lower level: a game room with a wet bar and pool table, two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two full baths
The kitchen has two full-size refrigerators, two ovens and two dishwashers, so cooking for a crowd is easier. There's also a wood fireplace, central air, Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout and a washer and dryer.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
A level path from the back of the home leads to the lakefront and one dock slip for a single motorized boat (docks are guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day). The main-level deck has filtered lake views, and outside you'll find an outdoor hot tub, a wood fire pit and two gas grills. There's parking for up to eight vehicles plus boat trailer parking. Kayaks and other water equipment aren't provided.
Good to Know
- A front-entrance ramp and main-level suite make the home easier for guests with limited mobility; the third floor isn't wheelchair accessible.
- Stays include free indoor pool and fitness access at the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC) — bring a copy of your booking confirmation.
