About

Come here to shop for a new or used boat, apply for financing, book service or detailing and line up winter storage. The company's rental and gas dock on Glendale Road in Oakland is listed separately as Silver Tree Marine – Rentals & Dock.
Boats for Sale
The McHenry office handles new and pre-owned boat sales, with inventory you can browse on the website before you visit. Brands featured on the site include Supra, Mission and Premier boats along with Mercury and Honda Marine engines, and financing applications can be started online through the dealership's lender link.
Service, Detailing and Storage
The service department takes repair and maintenance requests, which you can submit online. Detailing work covers:
- Interior wipe-down and vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and stain and mildew removal
- Dock mark removal
- Cover cleaning and waterproofing
- Teak sealing for swim platforms
- Wet sanding, buffing and waxing to remove oxidation from gel coat and bring back the original color
For the off-season, Silver Tree winterizes and stores boats. Customers who used winterization and storage the season before are guaranteed a spot; new customers contact the office to join the storage waiting list, so it pays to ask early.
A Lake Business Since the 1980s
Silver Tree Marine dates back to the 1980s and changed hands as the Deep Creek Lake area grew. The same family has owned and operated it since 2007.
If your boat needs work or a place for the winter, call the office early in the season to get on the schedule.
