Sound Fusion Entertainment

Sound Fusion Entertainment is a mobile DJ and event sound company based in Oakland that brings music, sound and an MC to weddings and parties around Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County. There is no storefront or showroom, so everything is planned by phone and set up at your venue. It is a good call for couples and hosts who want one team handling the music from the ceremony through the last dance.

What They Cover

On its wedding marketplace profile, the company describes more than 20 years of industry experience across concert venues, club and bar sound, and DJ work. For private events it lists:

• Ceremony and reception music, plus rehearsal dinners and after parties
• DJ and MC services to keep the evening on schedule
• Sound equipment, including rental setups for guests who want to run their own music
• A wide music range, with country, dance, disco, hip-hop, Latin and Indian styles listed

A Local, Owner-Run Team

The profile identifies Sound Fusion as a woman-owned and Native American-owned business, and notes that Spanish is spoken, which can help when you are planning a bilingual celebration with family coming in from out of town.

Before You Book

Because the team travels to you, have your venue name, the timeline for the day and any must-play or do-not-play songs ready when you call, and ask early if your date falls in the busy summer and fall wedding season around the lake.

Give them a call to check your date and talk through the sound and music you have in mind.
