It's a dog-friendly Signature Collection home in the Glen Cove community on the lake's south end, suited to family groups who want direct water access and room to spread out.
Inside the House
Cathedral ceilings, large windows and a stone wood-burning fireplace set the tone on the main level, which holds the kitchen, living and dining areas and a powder room.

- Lower level: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk, a full bath and laundry
The lower-level den has a pool table, wet bar, board games and a large sectional, and there are smart TVs with streaming throughout.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
An expansive deck is set up for outdoor dining and stargazing, and the large, level yard leads to the water. You'll also find a covered hot tub, a gas grill and a wood fire pit shared with the neighboring home. The home has private lake access with one dock slip for one motorized boat on a dock shared with the neighbor; boat trailer parking is permitted.
