About
Stilwater Retreat is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 219 Glen Acres Road, Swanton in the Stilwater community on the south side of Deep Creek Lake. It sleeps 14, is managed by Railey Vacations, and works well for families who want plenty of private bedrooms plus shared space for games and movies.
Inside the House
The open main level brings the kitchen, living room, dining room and a sitting room together, with two stone fireplaces for colder evenings.
- Main level: a queen suite and a king suite with a separate tub, plus a powder room and laundry
- Upper level: a king suite, a queen suite, a bedroom with two double beds next to a full bath, and a loft media space with a queen sleeper sofa
The garage game area has a pool and ping-pong combo table, and there are smart TVs and a speaker system. Two dishwashers and two full-size fridges help when the house is full.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
The deck holds a hot tub, gas grill and outdoor dining table, and there's a wood-burning outdoor fireplace, a basketball hoop and ladderball. The home isn't directly on the water: its dock slip, for one motorized boat, is in a community-designated lake access area at the end of Stilwater Drive, reached by a path from a small parking circle. Boat trailer parking isn't permitted.
