T&B Wash Pros

T&B Wash Pros is an exterior cleaning business based in Oakland, offering pressure washing, soft washing and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses. It is run by owner Tim Ashby, who handles the work personally.

Services Offered

• Pressure washing for driveways and concrete, decks and other wood surfaces, and building exteriors such as siding, brick and stucco
• Soft washing, a low-pressure method for removing algae, mold and stains from roofs, siding and painted finishes
• Exterior window cleaning

Choosing the Right Method

Not every surface should be blasted. T&B says it matches the method to the surface, using adjustable pressure and nozzle settings for hard surfaces and low-pressure soft washing on shingles, vinyl, painted wood and stucco, where high pressure can do damage. The company says it uses biodegradable detergents and gives a clear estimate before work starts.
