Tees Me T's

Tees Me T's is a custom clothing and print shop in Oakland. Penny McLaughlin started it in 2011, and it serves Garrett County. You can bring your own idea or ask the shop to design something from scratch, and they'll put it on shirts, hoodies, jerseys, uniforms, hats, bags, mugs and more. The shop is at 130 Tanglewood Drive, and there's no minimum order.

How the Shop Got Started

Penny started the business because she didn't like wearing unisex T-shirt designs to her son Hayden's sporting events. Other moms and family members felt the same way and wanted team gear that actually fit them. That family focus still shapes the work. The shop makes personalized gifts and custom pieces for families, schools, organizations and individuals, so a one-off birthday shirt is as welcome as a full team order.

What They Print

Most items are made in-house, using vinyl, ink, embroidery and sublimation on a range of fabrics and garment styles. Typical orders include:

• Event T-shirts, sweaters and hoodies
• Soccer and other team jerseys
• Business uniforms, branded logo wear and bags
• Hats and accessories
• Coffee mugs, puzzles and personalized gifts

The team can also recreate artwork you already have or design a custom image for you. That's useful if your logo only exists as an old file or a sketch on paper.

Team Stores and Ordering

Tees Me T's runs online stores for many local teams, schools and community causes, including Southern Garrett, Northern Garrett and Mountain Ridge groups. Fans and families can order spirit wear there without a trip to the shop. For your own project, use the Request a Design form on the website or call. When the order is ready, you can have it delivered or pick it up at the Oakland shop.

Have a team season, family reunion or business event coming up? Send them your idea early so there's time to get the design right.
