The Bogey Club Golf Lounge

The Bogey Club Golf Lounge is an indoor golf simulator lounge at 17869 Garrett Hwy, Suite C in Oakland, on the Garrett Highway corridor south of Deep Creek Lake. It gives golfers a place to play and practice under a roof, which is handy when rain, snow or the end of the season closes the outdoor courses.

Golf Under a Roof

The lounge is built around virtual golf simulators, so you can play rounds, work on your swing or just hit balls with friends whatever the weather is doing outside. Private lessons with an instructor are offered too, which makes it a useful stop if you want help with your game during the off-season. Beyond the simulators, the space has a pool table, a lounge area and a large flat-screen TV, so the people waiting their turn have something to do.

A Locally Owned Lounge

Jake and Natalie Forgrave opened The Bogey Club, and the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce held its ribbon cutting in June 2024. The owners set it up as a relaxed spot for both casual and serious golfers, and as a meeting and event venue for groups, from a night out with friends to a work get-together.

Before You Go

The lounge runs on an unstaffed, key-code entry system, so time is reserved ahead through the online booking platform on its website, and memberships are available for regulars. If you are planning a group event or want to set up lessons, calling ahead is the simplest way to sort out the details.
