The Hot Tub Store

The Hot Tub Store is an authorized Hot Spring dealer with a showroom at 19139 Garrett Hwy in Oakland, on the US 219 corridor near Deep Creek Lake. It's for anyone shopping for a hot tub or swim spa, and for owners who need water care, accessories or service on the tub they already have.

A Family Business Since 1981

The Hot Tub Store first opened in 1981 and is family owned and operated, now in its second generation. The company is licensed and insured in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and it serves customers across Garrett County and into nearby West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Hot Spring has recognized it with dealer awards, including Territory Dealer of the Year in 2022.

Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and More

The showroom aims to keep the Hot Spring range on display, so you can compare models side by side:

• Hot Spring collections including Highlife, Limelight, Hot Spot and Freeflow, plus the store's own 67 Collection
• PDC swim spas, including the Summit, Truswim, Fitness and Synergy series
• Pre-owned hot tubs, many with the store's own warranty plan
• Covers, cover lifters from Leisure Concepts, steps and other accessories
• Water care from Hot Spring's FreshWater systems, Frog @Ease, Baquacil, SilkBalance and Sirona Spa Care

Try Before You Buy

You can book a test soak by appointment, request an in-home consultation to plan where a tub will go, and bring in a water sample for analysis. The service department handles repair requests after the sale, and the store offers trade-ins, including a set trade-in value on tubs bought from them within the past eight years. There's also a guide for owners putting a hot tub in a vacation rental.

Book a test soak before you decide, so you know how a model feels.
