A detached pool house holds the private indoor pool with its own powder room and shower. Two gas fireplaces, ten smart TVs and mesh Wi-Fi keep the main house comfortable, and the doubled-up kitchen and laundry (two dishwashers, two ovens, two washers and dryers, plus a wine fridge) make cooking and cleanup for 16 easier.
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire table, wood-burning fire pit, gas grill, a volleyball area, an EV charging station and parking for up to eight vehicles. Lake access is along Moonrise Drive or Lakefront Links Drive, and the home comes with two personal watercraft docks (no boat dock), guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day.
