Tips Up is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath ski-in/ski-out home in the Highline community on Wisp Mountain in McHenry, sleeping 12 and managed by Railey Vacations. It suits families and ski groups who want to be on the slopes in winter and close to Deep Creek Lake in summer. You'll find it at 296 Highline Drive, McHenry, MD 21541.
Inside the House
The main level has high vaulted ceilings, wood accents, a stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeping is split across three levels:
- Main level: a king suite with deck access and a bath with shower and jetted tub
- Upper level: a queen suite with two futons and its own shower bath, plus a loft with a futon
- Lower level: a king suite, a second king bedroom, a full bath, laundry and a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a bar
There's a gas fireplace and a wood fireplace (firewood provided from mid-September to mid-April), dual-zone central air, six smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The game area has a pool table and dartboard, and the full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and drip and single-cup coffee makers.
Outdoor Spaces and Slope Access
Outside are a hot tub, a gas grill, a wood fire pit and cornhole, with parking for up to four vehicles. Railey puts the closest lifts, chairlifts 4 and 5, about 150 feet from the house; ski-in/ski-out depends on which slopes are open. There's no dock use with this home.

- Guests get free CARC passes for the indoor pool and gym, up to the home's occupancy
- 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended from November through March
