Tressler's Garage

Tressler's Garage is an auto repair shop at 2701 Old Crellin Road in Oakland. The garage says it has been family owned and operated for more than 60 years, and it works on cars, trucks and SUVs for drivers around Deep Creek Lake, Garrett County and nearby Alpine Lake and Terra Alta in West Virginia.

The shop handles major and minor repairs on most makes and models, foreign and domestic. Its work covers:

How the Shop Works

Repairs start with a free vehicle safety evaluation and estimate, which can catch problems before they leave you stranded. The garage says it does no repair work until you approve it. The technicians are ASE certified, and there is a waiting room with TV and Wi-Fi if you'd rather stay while the work is done.

The garage calls itself a green repair shop, with a clean-burn system and extensive recycling of oil and other materials. It also supports Trout Unlimited.
