About
Vision Services is a young construction company run by brothers Micah and Caleb Wotring, building additions, garages and decks for homeowners in Garrett County and around Deep Creek Lake. It works out of the Oakland area and comes to your property, so there is no storefront to visit.
Local Roots, New Company
The Wotring brothers grew up on a small farm near Deep Creek Lake and started Vision Services in March 2024. Micah is the founder and head estimator, Caleb is the founder and lead foreman, and carpenter and estimator Donovan Stallard rounds out the crew. Because the people pricing your job are the same people building it, you get one set of contacts from first visit to final walkthrough.
What They Build
The company keeps its focus on a few kinds of projects, and says it takes them on at any size:
- Additions: extra rooms and living space added to an existing house
- Garages: detached or attached garages for vehicles, boats and storage
- Decks: outdoor decks for lake houses and year-round homes
That short list makes Vision Services a good fit if you are adding space or outdoor living to a home you already own rather than building from the ground up.
Before You Call
Have a rough idea of the size and location of the project, and photos of the area if you can, so the estimate visit is productive. The team also takes questions by email at gcvisionservices@gmail.com.
If you are planning an addition, garage or deck around Oakland or the lake, Vision Services is a local crew worth a call.
