Set at 16 Pond Court, it has its own year-round indoor pool and a lower-level entertainment floor, which makes it a good fit for family reunions and multigenerational trips.
Inside the House
The main level has two queen bedrooms, a full bath and a king suite with deck access and a bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, along with the kitchen, dining room and a living area with a gas fireplace. Downstairs, a family room with a wet bar and queen sleeper sofa opens to a pool table and a game and fitness room. The lower level also has a queen suite, a queen bedroom, a room with an extra-long full and an extra-long twin bed, and a full bath.

Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access

Good to Know
Community amenities include a par-3 golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, a catch-and-release pond with a gazebo, a covered pavilion, a canoe and kayak storage station and a community building. Pets aren't permitted, and Railey recommends 4WD/AWD or snow tires from November through March.
